Comfort Inn & Suites Tipp City Dayton North I-75

I have stayed 3 separate times in the past year. The front staff is always so nice and friendly and welcoming feel like family The breakfast is good with lots of variety. The cleaning staff is very attentive to the guests needs and always greets guests with smiles and I believe he is the owner he is always doing something. Thank you staff for all your hard work and dedication.

Close to main roads, but I could not hear any road noise. A/C was the quietest I have ever heard in a hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Would recommend! Staff was extremely friendly and ready to accommodate our every needs. The water was very hot due to new tankless water heaters and we were even offered a new room twice when met with challenges! Pool is very clean and peaceful (not many people in there at once). Hotel is located near many restaurants such as Arby’s, McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, etc. Room was extremely clean, not even a spec of dirt found. Provided breakfast offers a wide range of foods from biscuits and gravy to fruits. Highly recommend booking here!

This is an older, refreshed hotel. Most of the exterior and interior appears to be recently repainted and redecorated. The mattresses and air conditioning units are older and are fair. The breakfast was decent with hot items like eggs, sausage and waffles. The coffee was very weak. The lemon infused water had a bad smell to it. The wheelchair accessible room door was very difficult to open, which didn't seem to be a good thing for that room. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The staff there was accommodating and caring. The gentleman at the desk and helping with breakfast was great! He engaged and offered assistance, not to mention his follow through on my request. Definitely please with our stay at this specific Comfort Inn.

Great hotel for the area. The staff is really nice and helpful. Loved the stay. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are really small details. Could use better deep cleaning under furniture, new paint, new trims would go a long way. Definitely more than a 2 star hotel for my stay.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast was great-waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. Also cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit. The pool is small but very nice. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 star rating is there were small things in the facilities that needed attention: fruit punch stain on our carpet. Some stains in hallway. Our shower squealed rather loudly if it wasn’t all the way on hot. Not really that big of a deal though. We got two good nights of sleep and would definitely visit again!

First thing you will notice is the nice smell. I have stayed here several times and have been greeted with a fresh clean smell every time. The employees are attentive to your needs. "2-star" hotel as good as any "3-star" I have visited. Breakfast has been good. Weight room with dumbells up to 50lbs (with none missing). Pool looks clean (I don't do hotel pools though). Beds are comfortable. I bring white bottomed slippers to walk around inside. They stay white here, unlike a lot of hotels. I don't watch much TV, but they have lots of channels to choose from if you do. Constant Fan setting 'enabled' on A/C unit allows any outside noise to be muffled.
